And it is important to give them examples of what you have seen during. Step four, I would explain the impact of their actions. Finally, step five is where I would give clear goals for them to work towards to achieve the desired outcome. 3 1. By asking these three simple questions, I convinced everyone that using a cheaper product part was not a good idea and the risks to the business were too great.
