In my previous role, my manager asked the team I was working into brainstorm new ideas for increasing the sales of our customer. We held a meeting and discussed various ideas that we all felt could work. Join the same discussions, we listen to each other, created an environment where no idea was off limits and we utilized each other strengths to create a list of potential ideas. My idea was to implement an online customer review facility on the website where customers could leave feedback based on their experience. After the meeting, we presented all of our ideas to our manager and she then chose five to implement, including mine. These ideas work so well that the company sales increased by 17%. That's a great combined team effort, and there is a positive outcome at the end.
