I would first deal with the conflict by assessing my own actions to make sure I wasn't contributing negatively to the situation. I would then assess the conflict to establish the main cause or issue. I would speak to the other personal persons whom the conflict affects to find out how they feel their opinions and to come up with an agreeable and amicable way forward that we were all happy with whilst dealing with the conflict.
